Services
We offer a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, social media marketing, email sequences and SMS automations, landing pages and sales funnels, CRM and software integrations and copywriting. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
Payment Terms
Clients are required to pay according to the signed contract of services, the agreed upon rate, depending on service management, monthly via direct debit. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel our services with a 30 day notice period, or 15 day notice period, depending on the service and as stipulated in the contract. Refunds will be issued based on our refund policy.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the delivery of our services. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness of the services.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created during the provision of services, including but not limited to designs, content, and strategies, shall remain the property of Sunshower Digital until full payment is received.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the services confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Termination does not release the client from their obligation to pay for services provided.
Limitation of Liability
Sunshower Digital is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of South Australia, in the country of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in court.
Updates to Terms and Conditions
Sunshower Digital reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
