Refund Policy for Sunshower Digital

We strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services to our clients. Refunds are considered in the following circumstances:

• Failure to commence services as agreed.

• Inability to deliver the agreed-upon services within a reasonable time frame.

• Substantial defects or issues with the delivered services that were not rectified within a reasonable period.

  1. Refund Requests

Clients must submit a written refund request detailing the reasons for the request. The request should be sent to support@sunshowerdigital.com within 30 days of the service delivery date.

  1. Refund Processing

Refund requests will be reviewed within 15 days of receipt. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary based on the payment provider.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

Certain fees or charges are non-refundable, including setup fees and consultation fees. These will be clearly communicated to the client before engaging our services.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel our services as per the terms outlined in the agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms of the cancellation policy.

  1. No Refund After Delivery

Once the agreed-upon services have been delivered, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of substantial defects or failure to deliver services as agreed.

If there is a disagreement regarding a refund request, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to reach a resolution. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be escalated to court.

Sunshower Digital reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
